Support senior management through summarizing business performance through regular reporting
Evaluate requests for new/changed reports, to design, develop and deliver pre-defined and selected ad-hoc reports
Oversee the identify solutions and provide coaching to improve analytics capabilities and database usage, especially advanced finds, dashboards and reporting
Set up a work program with the Operations Manager, aligned with operational strategy, planning and work programs.
Maintain the NetSuite software and different associated third-party enterprise functions for interior users
Develop, take a look at and install customizations, customized objects, third-party equipment/purposes, and new NetSuite modules primarily based on evolving commercial enterprise needs
NetSuite SME for managing NetSuite updates, troubleshooting device blunders and decisions, and holding updated information on NetSuite functionality, customization, and integrations
Provide interior NetSuite Cases assist (new saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, consumer roles, etc.)
Assist with facts analysis, enterprise method mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives
Create enterprise and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and enterprise processes, and preserving all documentation up to date
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Information Technology degree and/or Science or Computer Science
3 - 5 years of the hands-on trip with NetSuite customizations and statistics migration
Ability to work independently.
Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
