JUNIOR IT MANAGER Professional

• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.

• Assist employees who are experiencing any difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.

• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.

• Assist with on boarding of new users.

• Responsible for the implementation of IT and digitalization projects

• Assist with facts analysis, enterprise method mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives

• Create enterprise and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and enterprise processes, and preserving all documentation up to date

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Information Technology degree and/or Science or Computer Science

• 3 - 5 years of the hands-on trip with NetSuite customizations and statistics migration

• Ability to work independently.

• Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
