RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCE OFFICER
To prepare monthly payroll
Monthly preparation and filing of VAT and TDS
Prepare and overseeing reconciliation of daily cash transfers and finance report
Preparing of Management Accounts/Financial Accounts
Filing of monthly and annual returns to Mauritius Revenue Authority
Monitoring accounting entries in Quickbook–ensuring sales, payout, bank, payroll and VAT are correctly recorded.
Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and can work under pressure.8.Perform other cognate duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
ACCA level 2 minimum/Accounting Degree
At least 3 years of work experience in the Finance or Accounting Sector& Administration sector.
IT Proficient: MS Office Software Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
Accounting software
