MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
Troubleshooting and solving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Professional qualifications: Certificate or diploma or any alternative qualifications or certifications in the field of IT systems
Proven work experience at least 2 years in IT support or IT technician role
Warm, welcoming and pleasant personality
In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft office or office 365
Must be well versed with internet and networking protocols
Organization, focus and attention to details
Ability to work on own and as part of a team under time pressure
Organized and diplomatic
