Handling phone calls

Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and legal cases
Secretarial duties like copying, scanning, faxing and emailing.
Despatching of documents to other offices
Filing of documents
Requirements:
Minimum HSC
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
