We are looking for an Administrative Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handling phone calls

Processing, typing, editing and formatting documents.

Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and legal cases

Secretarial duties like copying, scanning, faxing and emailing.

Despatching of documents to other offices

Filing of documents


Requirements:

Minimum HSC

Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
