An Administrative and Purchasing Officer
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the purchasing and import sectorExcellent communication in French and English
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
Monitoring of supply negotiations and coordination with the logistics department
Carrying out and monitoring all regular purchasing and supply tasks
Preparation of requests and purchase orders
Tracking customer orders
Monthly package between Rs 35,000 and Rs 50,000 depending on the experience of the person.Round-trip transportation reimbursed
Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
