Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will participate to the sales activities by accompanying the Sales Executives to meetings.
Participate in preparing presentations, proposals, and samples according to the clients’ needs and requirements.
Cooperating in projects with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction and payment in due date.
Preparing quotes to send to clients.
Following up with the Graphic Designers that the production samples are produces according to clients’ brand guidelines, and within agreed time frame.
Preparing CRM reports on customers’ needs and requirements, and activities of the competition.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Speaking and writing French and English is a requirement.
A previous experience in Marketing or Event or a Digital role.
