Part of the sales team, the Assistant Property Portfolio Relationship Manager will work directly under the Portfolio Property Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the need of customers

  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with clients

  • Solve problems of clients and any business or technical challenge they face

  • Encourage high sales and good customer service practice

  • Focus on customer service and developed sales plans based on customers need

  • Help promote and maintain good company image

  • Responsible of a Portfolio of clients and properties

  • Responsible for the administrative tasks of several properties/clients and companies.

  • Responsible for the general maintenance planning of client’s offices/ properties

MISSIONS :
  • Communicate with the clients and reply to their email quickly

  • Organize the maintenance list for these clients or property / Prepare the weekly tasks list

  • Verify customer payments - Assist the portfolio manager in his tasks (take rendez-vous, etc.)

  • Organise the maintenance calendar for properties and liaise with maintenance department

  • Organise the administrative tasks of the properties/company responsible for

  • Prepare the 1,2,3 file (customer ageing lists)

  • Prepare a Property Management Report Monthly (Occupancy Level/Ageing/ etc)

  • Prepare the client contract and manage the filing cabinet

  • Tenants Contract Monito

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Intuitive to customer’s need

  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability to maintain relationship

  • MUST understand Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Knowledge in basic accounting or familiar with numbers/math

  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time

  • Experience in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Adaptability to perform well in fast-paced work environment
