We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing business and gain valuable experience in the event planning industry. The job will be carried out mostly online from home, with in person meetings being carried out once a week. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, client correspondence, and assisting with event coordination. If the candidate delivers satisfactory performance over a 3-month period, there is a potential for a full-time position with additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Responding to client inquiries and emails promptly and professionally

Uploading and organizing event photos on our shared drive

Preparing schedules and invoices for clients in an accurate and timely manner

Assisting with vendor booking and coordination for events

Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless event execution

Maintaining client records and updating event details as needed

Providing general administrative support as required

Requirements:

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proficiency in email and digital communication platforms

Familiarity with file management systems and cloud-based storage

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team

Prior experience in event planning or related fields is a plus

Duration: Part-time initially (16 hours per week at a salary rate 10.000 RS), with the potential for full-time employment after 3 months

Additional Responsibilities (Full-Time): If the candidate demonstrates outstanding performance during the initial 3-month period, there is a possibility for a full-time position with the following added responsibilities:

Planning and executing weddings from start to finish

Meeting clients in person to discuss event details and requirements

Collaborating with vendors and negotiating contracts

Conducting site visits and managing event logistics
