- Production of accurate and up-to-day follow-up reports
- Good communication of data to customers and other departments (Sales, Finance, Aftermarket)
2. Sales & Procurement Administration of equipment orders
- Best relationship with customers (internal and external) and suppliers
- Check of information received to execute the equipment order (Transfer sheet)
- Record of sales & purchase orders in SAP
- Settlement of payments (customer and supplier)
- Invoicing
- Delivery planning follow-up
- Update of supplier delivery information in the ERP
- Preparation of the set of documents linked to order execution
3. Perfect coordination with Logistics inside Equipment Supply Chain Operations
What will be your KPI?
On Time Delivery
Correct order follow-up reports shared on regular basis
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s in foreign Trade or similar
1-3 years’ experience in a similar position in the distribution sector (automotive is a plus)
Good knowledge of import/export business principles
Fluent in French and English
Good knowledge of Incoterms, Credoc, amongst others
Experience using an ERP (SAP) is a definite plus
Concern for accuracy, Customer focus, Initiative, Proactivity, Teamwork
