Our Customer Success Executive…

  • Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn

  • Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they’ve purchased from the company

  • Is the first port of call for customers and is available to answer any in-bound questions

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries

  • Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades

  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the managers

  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

TASKS :
  • Answer clients calls and emails

  • Open job related to the client’s request

  • Insert job card on the company’s operations ‘dashboard’ and do the proper follow-up with all parties. Monitor and track progress of works and handle/report any issues that arise.

  • Act as the point of contact for the client and communicate project status adequately to all participants.

  • Ensure the job is properly closed and do the follow-up call to the client to ensure satisfaction

  • Up-selling for maintenance contracts and small jobs

  • Maintain a database for the clients having a maintenance contract

  • Online Sales: handle the requests received online for our Greenbott products (revert back to client, prepare quotation, ensure delivery in well planned, follow-up with the Admin Department for invoice and payment)

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Demonstrate superb communication, organization, and time management skills, and be able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time

  • Thorough knowledge of (or eagerness to learn about) the company’s products and their capabilities

  • Sales focused, and ‘client first’ attitude
