Ensure efficient operations of stock movement from customer order to successful delivery
Drive the services division’s (TG Care) turnover and profitability
Have an in depth understanding of the TG products, to be able to speak with confidence with clients about its functioning and even repairs required
Record, coordinate and manage orders placed with key equipment suppliers from placement of order to arrival at client
MISSIONS
1. Order & Logistics management
To record, coordinate and manage orders placed with key stock suppliers from placement of order to arrival at client
Placement of purchase orders at key suppliers
Tracking of status of order from placement of order to delivery at client
Recording of purchase orders, goods received and deliveries on SAP
Report back to management as to status of goods ordered
Warranty claims
Manage 10 point TG care communication plan with Customers notifying them of status of order at certain trigger points
2. Warehousing and Stock management
Physical inventory control
Stock takes from time to time with reconciliation to inventory per SAP and resolving reconciling items
3. TG Care service calls
Opening Job Cards for technical call outs
Update Job Cards with feedback from technicians
Order the required items required
4. Technical knowledge about equipment
Learning about Technogym Products and services and keeping up to date with changes. Passing TG e-learning level 1 exam
Knowing the various parts down to the smallest detail of each equipment piece
Support technicians with identifying spare parts needed
5. Continuous Improvement of Systems and Procedures
Streamline back-office and operational processes and procedures
Implementation of Technogym cultural model
Company policies and procedures implementation and localization
Compliant to Corporate Governance
6. Service Contract development
All activities related to the sale of service contracts
Managing procedures for renewing contracts about to expire
7. General office support
Perform general office support function as requested by management
PROFILE:
You graduated from a Post High school studies in Logistics and / or technical field.
You have experience in:
Logistics or shipping management
Technician in the field of gym equipment / vehicle / machinery
Customer care interaction
Warehousing operations
ERP system similar to SAP
You have skills in:
“Service Business” approach
“Repair business” expertise
Long term customer relationship approach
Computer literacy including – advanced level
MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
ERP software such as SAP
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Fluent in either Creole or French - spoken
Time and project management
Team player and being able to motivate staff
Although this position oversees the very interesting yet challenging function of tracking all the equipment across the globe – from Italy, South Africa, Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, Reunion and other African countries, a high level of technical insight is required. It is foreseeable that this person would go out to the clients with the technicians on a weekly basis to eventually know all about the actual equipment, its operational functions and the parts that it is made up of.
