WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Operations Account technology Lead (OATL) acts as the single point of contact for the BPS account for technology related scope.
They are accountable for ensuring high-quality, issue free Technology delivery.
The OATL is also responsible for helping to expand the technology footprint on the account,
working with the BPS Lead to identify opportunities and proactively up-sell and cross-sell Technology services.
Also perform client facing role as far as the deal is concerned on all questions/issues related to technology.
The OATL is also expected to position him/herself as a Technology expert with the BPO account, presenting the BPS Technology offerings/latest
Thinking to the Account Lead, and to bring the relevant TGP experts to the account as need be.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Single point of contact for the BPS account lead for all technology work and offerings.
Oversight for all technology delivery at a client account related to BPO services
Single point of contact for escalation and resolution of Technology delivery issues
Bring TGP experts to the account to showcase our capabilities and/or ensure the right solutions for the client
(delivery center, offering, industry or solution architects).
Develop the connections for integrated account delivery management at the client (TAL, CAL, BPO Account Lead, etc.) identifying the synergies and ensuring clear accountabilities and no duplication of responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the BPS Account Lead to identify and help efficiently originate new sales opportunities with our client senior executives across the C-suite – focusing not only on improving the way we run IT,
but also on how IT can help enable their business.
Responsible for efficiently driving TGP sales offerings to expand the Technology footprint at the account (up-sell/cross-sell).
Ensure a high-performing, highly engaged technology team at the account.
Sustain Accenture’s culture and values; ensure these are visible to our people; set the tone at the top.
Relationships & Collaboration: Client Account Lead, TGP Technology Account Lead, BPS Account Lead, TGP for BPO Factory leadership, BPS client
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE :
Program, Project and Service Management (PPSM), Delivery excellence et al
Domain Knowledge (>=1) – F&A, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales et al
Technology Expertise (>=1) – Infrastructure Management (Network & Voice Technology), Automation (RPA technologies), OCR/Workflow Technologies, Analytics, Cloud computing, Operations business process excellence, Block Chain technologies, ServiceNow etc..
QUALIFICATIONS :
Job Qualifications:
A university degree in IT is preferred;
More than 12 years’ working experience in instruments processing, reference data in an investment banking/financial institution environment;
Knowledge of Asian/European/US markets is desirable;
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
Good presentation skills;
Eager to learn. Be adaptive to a changing environment;
Meticulous, discipline and possess good working attitude;
Able to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlines;
Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
With management skills. Not less than 5 years’ experience at a managerial or supervisory level;
Able to work in non-standard working hours (follow the sun shifts organisation)
