Your different duties and requirements for this position will be as followed :

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Team

  • Prepare, process, review and file HR related documents

  • Update HR database as necessary

  • Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by the Human Resources Manager

COMPETENCIES :
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in team and independently

  • Dynamic and Proactive

  • Meticulous and ability to work under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • HSC or any relevant qualification

  • Diploma in Human Resources would be an advantage

EXPERIENCE :
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
