TRAVEL CONSULTANT SPECIALIST (ENGLISH ONLY) Professional

• Good written and oral communications skills in English – role will require inbound, outbound (call-backs), and email communications.

• Excellent telephone skills, including a professional demeanour portrayed to customers demonstrated through ability to ask probing questions

• Ability to communicate with sense of urgency.

• Strong listening skills: active listening

• Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customers.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

• 6 months experience in customer service

• High school certificate or equivalent
