Chef with Experience Professional

The Sports Pub in Rose Hill is currently seeking a highly experienced, passionate and motivated Chef to join our team. As the Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food that meets their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Create new and exciting menu items that reflect our customers' preferences and dietary requirements
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that the kitchen meets all health and safety standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
• Passion for cooking and a desire to create amazing dishes
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
