We are actually looking for English speakers to works as Customer Service Representative for one of our clients operating in the food delivery.

Your tasks will be as follows:

• Deal with customers using multiple channels.
• Resolve customer complaints within a defined time frame
• Evaluates information to process requests and complaints.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Skills required

• Good level of English spoken and written.
• Communication / argumentation knowledge.
• Can work in a team.
• Good computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
