We are looking for Customer Services Executives for our German speaking segments
Ensuring excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.
Assist customers effectively by solving customer disputes.
Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
Follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven professional customer/call handling experience, including first line triage.
Proven knowledge of process methodology and ability to develop/improve processes.
Native or Very Fluent in German language.
Fully conversant with office technology packages - Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Preferable experience in payroll management and calculations.
