PROCESS & CANDIDATE FOLLOW-UP:
Active participation in recruitment meetings.
Weekly reporting and BI report in order to analyze your activity.
Part of the onboarding of the consultants.
INNOVATION, CAMPUS & EMPLOYER BRANDING:
Campus Relationship, Handling relationship with top University of your area.
Employer branding strategy definition.
Benchmark of recruitment processes.
Analyzes of tendencies/behaviors of the targeted population.
Improving external recruitment contents on a specific target.
You have a dregree minimum.
You have previous experience in recruitment or business development, and you interested in the Business world via the recruitment approach.
You are curious, with a proactive mindset.
You speak English and French Fluently.
An entrepreneurial spirit and business development mindset would be appreciated: to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact.
You are service-oriented and have great communication skills.
