Ensure training program records are maintained accurately.
Support in programme MQA registration.
Ensure adherence to set budgets.
Travel arrangements and logistics.
LIAISON
Communicate effectively with clients, partners and service providers.
Handle enquiries in a pro-active and professional manner – providing first line of information.
OFFICE SUPPORT
Filing and keeping records and database up to date.
Working with suppliers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
Degree in business administration and management or similar.
International exposure: Studied abroad or worked in an international company for at least 6 month.
1+ years work experience in administration/operations/finance/logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Ability to communicate professionally with people on all levels of seniority.
Very high level of attention to detail.
More prone to perfection and critical thinking as opposed to be only creative-minded.
Ability to manage procedures and regulations.
Ability to write, edit and read reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to organise and plan your own work.
