The Investor Relations Team is recruiting a full-time Investor Relations Analyst. The Investor Relations Analyst reports to the IR Manager and will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to the below.
PROCESS ALL INVESTOR TRANSACTIONS AND PROFILE UPDATES ASSIGNED WITH SLA ACCORDING TO AGREED PROCESS:
Save down supporting documentation.
Create SNIP file and extract data from support provided.
Identify and post document deficiencies to client via Opus system.
Process trade in the system.
Escalate any tickets that require further consideration to Opus team and ensure resolution during shift.
REVIEW ALL INVESTOR TRANSACTIONS AND PROFILE UPDATES WITHIN SLA ACCORDING TO AGREED PROCESS:
Ensure support saved down accordingly.
Ensure SNIP created and data exacted accurately.
Ensure critical items are captured and posted accordingly.
Ensure trade posted accurately in the system.
Release Trade to Client.
Escalate any tickets that require further approval to Opus team and ensure resolution.
Prior experience in a similar role a distinct advantage and preferable.
Knowledge of funds an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong accuracy levels and attention to detail are required.
Strong work ethic including being a good team player required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent timekeeping skills.
