IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
To assist the Executive Director in administration work.
Be responsible for all activities related to General administration.
Be responsible for the day to day activities of office.
Recording of revenues and expenses in Quickbooks software.
To record expenses for each site and report to Consultant/Quantity Surveyor.
Following up of suppliers.
Make payment to suppliers and sub-contractors.
Request for quotation from suppliers.
Assist the Outsourcing accounting team for VAT, PAYE, CGS returns.
Liaising with client for payment purposes and other requirements.
Preparing of contracts and other reports relating to sites.
Follow up of sites with the Collaboration of Macadam Blues Ltd Team.
Office works: Stationaries requirement, Consumables requirement, Follow up of insurances and Classification of files.
Human resource works; follow up of recruitments, salary and request from staffs.
Responsible for office casual workers; Gardener and Cleaning lady.
Responsible for procurement, truck and store management.
Act also as a Personal Assistant in future.
THE SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE:
Proactive in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proactive assistance to General Management.
Be able to anticipate the requirements, suggest for improvements and focuses on company’s values.
Be able to lead and take decisions for management purposes.
Be able to work under pressure.
Be able to liaise with Subcontractors.
Experience in Accounting, management, and administration field.
Must be Honest, Sincere and Pro-Active.
A degree in Accounting, Management or any related field from a recognised institution.
