CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO) Professional

Your role as COO will be to lead our company’s food redistribution activity, projects and team. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead, manage, grow our food redistribution activity and team

• Build & implement growth strategies

• Put in place new and review existing processes to increase efficiency

• Develop the empowerment pillar of our food redistribution activity

• Manage existing projects and develop new ones

• Manage the finance, administrative and HR aspects of the activity

• Train and develop the team

• Report progress and results to Managing Director

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

• Master in Social Business or Business Administration

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position

• Experience in managing a team of more than 10 people
