Prepare, manage and implement matrix for staff training.
Test Item (TI)/Investigational Veterinary Product (IVP) management.
Manage restricted access control for blinded study documentation.
Serve as secretary of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC).
Manage and maintain the equipment inventory.
Coordinate equipment calibration to ensure valid calibration/verification certificates.
Perform quality control checks on documents and records.
Manage and maintain the process of organising, indexing, storing, retrieving and disposition of critical documents and records.
Maintain conditions which minimize deterioration of archived materials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
At least a Higher School Certificate (HSC), with a Science (Biology) and Maths background
Up to 3 years of experience in an administrative position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Outlook, MS
Teams and Office 365.
Ability to work independently.
Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
Able to proficiently speak, read and write in English.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
